Electronic Application for Foreign Candidates - Home
From Monday 10-07-2023 untill Sunday 16-07-2023 , 23:59 foreigner candidates, graduates of non-E.U. lyceums or graduates of lyceums or equivalent schools of member states of the E.U., can electronically submit their Application – Entry Form at this URL.
All candidates before filling in the Application form must have taken into consideration “General instructions for the admission to Higher Education in Greece for foreigners a) graduates of non E.U. Lyceums b) graduates of lyceums or equivalent schools of member states of the E.U. for the year 2023” that is posted at Ministry’s site and at the “Useful Information” section of this site. Therefore, they will be informed for the admission to this category, as well as all relative documents that need to be submitted to the secretariat of the university where he/she enters.
If, after the entry, during the inspection, it is established that the legal conditions of entry into the above categories are not fulfilled, due to submission of false or illegal documents, the registered person will be removed by decision of the department and this person will be excluded for the next two (2) academic years from any entry procedure into any department or university.
The positions of removed persons will not be substituted nor transferred.
The candidate must take into consideration all relevant information for the right completion of the Application and follow all indicated steps. For this reason, the candidate must visit the web address http://exams-foreigner.it.minedu.gov.gr, study the Application and make a few selections (TEMPORARY SUBMISSION), if the candidate is not sure for his preferences. After that, the candidate can modify (if needed) the temporary Application or proceed to its final submission (FINAL SUBMISSION-APPLICATION). Upon final submission, the Application acquires a protocol number. The candidate has to print this Application and save it electronically. The candidate can make temporary submission as many times as he wishes for, until he is certain to submit the final one. FINAL SUBMISSION-APPLICATION, must be done until the indicated deadline, and after that the candidate cannot change his Application.
For this reason, before final submission and before sending all relevant documents, the candidate has to check that all data and faculties’ selections are recorded and printed correctly.
In addition, there is no alternative for any changes after sending all the relevant documents at Ministry of Education, Religious Affairs and Sports. The valid Application is the one that is signed from the candidate and sent until the indicated deadline. In the case that the candidate signs and sends more than one application- entry form, the first one will be considered valid. After that, all candidates participate in the selection process, based on the final documents submitted until the deadline.
After the candidate has carefully filled in his Application, he has to print this in two (2) copies, check it out and sign in all pages. The candidate keeps one of the two copies.
The candidate prints in two (2) copies the Official Statement of L.1599/1986, as it appears at the Summary-Review and signs them. The candidate keeps one of the two copies, in order to submit it with the rest of the documents to the secretariat of the university where he/she enters.
The candidates after FINAL SUBMISSION-APPLICATION (with expiry date the Monday, 17-07-2023 on the postmark) shall send:

ATTENTION: In cases where the application – entry form and Official Statement are submitted and signed by an authorized person, then the legally validated and translated authorization act must be sent together with the above mentioned documents.
The candidate will keep the other signed copies and these will be submitted along with the other documents to the secretariat of the university where he enters, which is responsible for checking the documents in order to proceed to his registration.
Before completing the Application – Entry Form, the candidates must have taken into consideration the “User Guide” and have visited the “Useful Information” section.
AFTER THE DEADLINE, THE ELECTRONIC SYSTEM IS LOCKED AND NO PARTICIPATIONS WILL BE ACCEPTED.
